Omarbekova A.S. graduated with honors from the S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University in 2000 and postgraduate L.N. Gumilyov ENU by specialty «05.13.11 - Mathematical and software of computers, complexes and computer networks» in 2000. The decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Committee for Control of Education and Science MONRK 8 April 2008 her awarded the degree of Candidate of Science.

Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University, 2007-2009 – senior lecturer in Management university. 2009-2012 – the acting associate professor in S.Seifullin Kazakh Agro Technical University, since January 1 2012 for September 2012 – vice-dean on scientificwork in L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University

2006-2008 – she worked as a programmer in PLL «Alton NS». 2008-2010 – vice-director in PLL «Alton NS». 2010-2011 – chief specialist – analyst software in PLL « Digital life Style ».
Scientific – research activities
Today Omarbekova A.S. is a member of the Council of Young Scientists L.N. Gumilyov ENU, productively engaged in research work with students and undergraduates.
Her research interests related with intelligent tutoring systems, and distance learning technologies. In 2009, she was responsible performer of the research "Design of electronic textbooks using the latest multimedia tools" (state registration number 0107RK00377). 2009-2012 she was the responsible performer of the research work "Design of Distance Learning System" (state registration number 0110RK00129).
Also in 2012, she was a member of the working group in the performance of the Contract with JSC "National Computer Center" on to carry out the ensuring of services for the design, animation and computer programming interactive multimedia digital educational resources in the implementation of e-learning by the budget program 052 "Methodological ensuring education system ".
Achievements
Omarbekova A.S. developed following software:
- technology of automatic create electronic textbooks.
- System electronic questionnaire of teachers and etc.
Also Omarbekova A.S. involved in projects related to the creation of multimedia learning systems for the Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Culture and Information, the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan, JSC «National Information Technologies», National Company «Kazakhstan Temir Zholy».
